The

Challenge

Exploring the existing market for Sportsbook based products based around Horse Racing, soon realising the extent of data we'd have to display in an orderly fashion without being overwhelming and keeping it quick and easy digest. Alongside knowing that a substantial audience will use our product for Racing Results, therefore we need to get it right the first time around.

After extensive wireframing and approval, it had been agreed that Horse Racing would get implemented into the product in a phased approach cutting down developer time to get a more limited product out to our customers quicker.

The

Outcome

Knowing that such a large audience will benefit from the addition of Horse Racing into our media project makes the hard work always worth it. While restrictions arose during the project, the Minimum viable product will be expanded over time.

Multiple Event View

Offering listed results of the latest races in a time-based order, ensuring the latest results for a race are available for the user.

Single Event View

Detailed results by race. An offering to help the punter place bets for future races by using detailed information such as race conditions, jockey, trainer, which position the horse came in this race and odds for each Horse running.

Filter

Allowing the user to filter racecourses by geo, an essential feature for punters to easily find and track races they've placed bets on.
